Weekly Schedule
This schedule is an approximation of your time (with the exception of dates for activities or assessment). You do not have to follow this breakdown for your reading and viewing schedule. However, in the interest of discussion and building a community of collaborative learning on the Course, please try to make your postings in relevant forum, journal space and glossary activities during the dates outlined below.
**March 15th- March 29th **
Genres, Gender and Technology in context
- Please be sure to complete Initial Journal and Forum activities by March 22nd.
March 29th- April 12th
Women, Robots and Dirty Dishes (1970s)
- Remember to leave yourself time to post your glossary entries in the Working Definitions: A Glossary
- You should be considering your summative assignment topic during this time. You may choose the assigned topic in Summative Assignment Details or create your own topic (which must be discussed and cleared with me).
April 12th- April 29th
Technology: The Gendered Cyborg (1980s and early 1990s)
You have a Blog Activity: Emotion and Technology during this block of the Course. Be sure to begin this blog during the first week in order to give yourself time for reflection.
If you are choosing to write your own essay topic for summative assessment you must clear it with me by April 15th. You should, regardless, communicate your choice to me by April 15th.

Face to Face Component in Denmark, Science and Technology: Creating Monsters (1990s)
- While we will be viewing The Blair Witch Project together in Denmark, discussion and activities will likely take place in the next section of the Course (The Supernatural and the Monstrous Feminine (2000+) depending on time constraints.
