The consent form below will allow me to use the data from our communications in this course for research purposes. My main areas of research include e-learning and technology, media, film and cultural studies. If you agree to give consent, all data will be made anonymous. You contributions through this consent are both appreciated and valued-- without your consent I can not use the material we have discussed in this Course. You are not, however, obliged to agree to give consent.

I understand that Dr Deneka MacDonald and the GUIDE team are collecting data in the form of written communications resulting from the e-learning course 'Out of the Digital Dungeon' for use in an academic project at the University of Glasgow.
I give my consent to the use of data for this purpose on the understanding that:
(1) all names and other material likely to identify individuals will be anonymised.
(2) the material will be treated as confidential and kept in secure storage at all times.
(3) the material will be used in future academic research.
