This webinar will provide insight on adult learning science and the characteristics and motivations of adult learners. The presenters will focus on practical, ready-to-implement strategies to facilitate effective adult learning environments. Information on teaching perspectives and their impact on instructional choices will be discussed. Participants will be encouraged to identify how to apply content in their practice and to assess the implications of their own teaching perspective. A supplemental resource handout for further learning will be provided.
